Internal Requests

1. Submission Timeline
   • Submit requests a minimum 2 weeks before needed
   • Maximum 5 active requests per team at a time
2. Request Form Requirements
   • Project name and purpose
   • Specific team
   • Specific research questions/objectives
   • Required delivery date
   • Preferred format of findings
3. Prioritization
   • High: Critical for upcoming content/deadlines
   • Medium: Important but flexible timeline
   • Low: Nice-to-have research

External Requests

1. Service Tiers
   • Basic: Document location and access guidance (2-3 days turnaround)
   • Standard: Guided research assistance (1 week turnaround)
   • Premium: Full research service (2 weeks turnaround)

Pricing Structure

Base Rate:

• Basic: ₦60,000 (divided Lekan’s per day salary by 24 working days and multiplied by turnaround time + average expenses incurred)
• Standard: ₦100,000 (no math behind this, just added 40k)
• Premium: ₦200,000
